In this lesson you will learn how to draft a winning fantasy basketball team through ESPN.com. By doing so, you will also learn more about the National Basketball Association such as positions, stats, rules and individual players. By the end of this lesson, you will be able to:

1. Create your very own fantasy basketball team
2. Acknowledge top performers by differentiating between a fantasy stud and a fantasy dud
3. Recognize fantasy vs. reality players
4. Develop managerial skills that help create a winning team
5. Turning fantasy success into real life success

Throughout this lesson, there will be power point slides and polls to help conduct a thorough and enlightening experience that will ease the familiar and unfamiliar about how fantasy basketball works. The lesson will be conducted as follows:

1. Introduction - An overview of fantasy basketball
2. Drafting - Familiarizing you with which players are good and which ones are great. Also, which players to draft high and which to avoid. Just because a certain player is on a good NBA team, doesn't translate to him being a good fantasy player.
